After 12 years of marriage we have divorced on 2018. On that time I have found this channel and followed the advices and within 3 months we were together with my husband again. 2 years trying to fix him without fixing myself. No doubt we loved each other. We both have childhood trauma and at the end I was triggered by his lies and I acted again to hurt him thinking that would change him. Wrong!! Over two weeks of not contact and I know I have to fix myself without expecting he will come back. It hurts so much I cry every day I know I have to take the steps to change all of me. Emotionally and physically. It’s so hard.

Thank you for this sir! Im really trying my best to be the best of myself again. Yes it was hard. Everyday I would cry blaming myself, belittling myself for what happened. Yes I admit that even until today I still think of him but I can feel that I am slowly recovering from the pain. Btw, its only 1 month since we parted and here I am now regaining myself again. Im doing a no contact strategy and Im not hoping that he would still contact me. Its better though so that i can fully move on with myself.😊More advices to hear from both of you. Its really helping.
Great advice, but it seems to assume that your ex is within the physical vicinity. What happens when the two of you are in completely different locations and you are completely blocked out on all possible platforms?

I’ve been needy and control hungry (subconsciously) since our separation. Separation feels more like break up she began growing distant and angry immediately. We’ve began testing lightly time to time and now that I understand the dynamic of power, and losing empathy as of today I will allow her time to explore this new life and new world and better myself for my son and the respect he will have for me. I wanted her back but now I don’t, I want her in a new form because she’s getting me at a new form. Even when I was being needy I hit the gym daily, became an armed guard on side of my career for extra money, and to stay busy an not spend time with women like she said I would in the past. Those were physical and financial changes now I’m working on the mental which is EVERYTHING! My happiness is in my hands no one else’s. After all this, I believe losing the love she “owns” will be the only factor to make her chase me. I don’t want chasing I want open communication with my soul mate.

Hi my ex went to the police to get a restraining order but it’s not enforced by a judge I haven’t seen or heard her for 3 months should i reach out to her or leave her untill she reaches out because when i try to reach out she goes to the police or just ignores me
Leave her alone. What you are doing is stalking and it is illegal. If she is ignoring you, she does not want to heat from you. Leave her alone or you will be in jail soon!
