Kymco ZX series #9 carb clean, reed valve missing gasket, and finds carburetor missing oil nipple lu

Episode 9 in the Kymco ZX series. Clean carburetor with electric wire. Find that the reedvalve / air intake is missing a gasket. Could that be the problem leaking air? Also find that the oil lubrication hose is not connected to anything. Decide to buy a new carburetor with nozzle for oil lubrication. After all these problem will it run as it should.
Fortunatly I've run the engine on premix since start so no worries.
