  • Flexibility Coach Fran takes us through a 10 minute hip & lower body yoga flow, designed specifically to help climbers to develop their mobility and flexibility for rock climbing. This flexibility routine is beginner friendly so don't worry if you are really tight and just getting started, this flow is going to help you!
This flow targets the hamstrings, hip flexors and lower back flexibility. Fran also includes one of her favourite exercises for climbers, Hip CARs. This helps to build the control and mobility of the hip for opening range of motion and smooth movement.

This is SO amazing! I'd love for there to be 20, 30, 40, 50, 1 hour and maybe even 90 minute versions as well!
I've been trying to follow some yoga videos to increase my Mobility but they always seemed to focus on areas that don't seem relevant for me and what I want to do, but this one was just perfect. Like I could feel the exact same stretches and movements that I always struggle with when climbing!
Will be coming back to this one so many times!

Seconding this! I love yoga, and I also feel that 20-40 minute videos of yoga/mobility aimed at climbing and injury prevention would be amazing, and I'd use them all the time.

One thing you could do is treat this video as one set and then repeat it for 3 or more times for more sets

Great flow! Do you think that it would be more beneficial to do it before or after climbing?

I'm not sure if I missed it, but are we supposed to warm up before doing this, or can we jump right into it?

Probably right into it, it’s very chill to start

It's just yoga, so this is probably something you should do AS warm up, but I'm not an expert.

      I quick warmup wouldn’t hurt
 don’t think it’s needed though
