Using a Power Meter and Electronic Load to identify SMPS fails or if it was under specs.

Many people do not use this kind of measurements to check if the Power Supply is under its specifications. Failing capacitors, leakage currents, electro magnetic pulses, can be tracked here, in order to make a good technical test.
I was just doing an explanation or test guide to some colleagues, but on their side, probably one more test with one LISN and spectrum analyzer should be done too to debug their problem.
I used the Panel Power Meter, HT206D Clamp Meter, Oscilloscope SDS 1204X-E, Current Probe HP 1110A & an Electronic Load for this easy test.
