Really love your content. Taking over my parent’s 40 year old CPA practice, and currently implementing many of the strategies you’ve outlined in your videos. Any advice for navigating change in a family business?
Oof yeah that's tricky. If the transition's still in process, set hard dates and get everyone to stick to them. Post transition, accept you'll probably need to hire at least a few of "your people". Appetite for change can be limited when you inherit employees from a traditional practice, but a few hires that can bring energy to change can have a big influence on the vibe.
