Just did this, almost completely wiped out at 5 minutes.
Gave up dancing 3 years ago and decided to see if I could still do a bit of the exercise that comes with dancing. I will be feeling it in my calves tomorrow

good morning- :) barefoot warrior reporting in- pre class;) have a splendid Thursday x- ps. glad you are huffing & puffing 2:) addendum- those with high bp should not go directly from 'trotting' to head below the chest!- also a good hip flexor (the tightest area should be included with a quad stretch

loved this soo much!!! Alessia, could you make a video with stretches or exercises to help the pelvis alignment. It would be so helpful because I have minor scoliosis and my pelvis is a bit tilted. I know this might not be your area of knowledge but it would be incredible if you could do that.

decent cardio- I suggest that those with high blood pressure do NOT bend at the end of the active cardio portion.( Head must remain above the chest) Also may I suggest footwear for this kind of jumping. thank you Am redoing this & I challenge the idea behind lowering the head when the heart rate is up. VERY DANGEROUS
Hi Ellen, thank you for your input! :D I actually think that working bear footed should be used more often. Shoes make us lose the natural work of the muscles and sometimes they give us wrong alignment. Zola Budd ran the whole 3000 metre race at the Olympics without shoes. I remember Zola Budd and I respect your answer. However, those with foot/ankle problems- especially chronic can benefit from wearing 'trainers'- I have done your workout w/ thick socks & done well on the other workouts. . I have been in the fitness field since the 80's- so this stuff & nutrition I know- don't ask me a mathematical question tho:)- I started ballet at age 3- hahaha- to fix my flat feet. Nope. thanks for your kind response-
