- video of vy Calais series 2 which is getting converted to L67 supercharged v6 with stronger built stage 2 shift kitted 4l60e, I will be trying to do more videos along the way of all different modifications to the engine and the car , such as air to air intercooler front mount fitment, under car surge tank setup, air intake headlight mod, fuel rail fitment, coil relocation fitment, trans cooler setup, and hopefully much more....

@@super6garage864 just to let u know the aftermarket chips can be ordered to increase shift pressure in the auto. mine has no shift kit but with the chip shifts much better. also its tuned for 98 oct. you will need a full dyno i asume with all your mods i'm so jealous lol. i have a vs wagon full states man interior and yes back seat still folds down was a bitch to work out lol. have you thought about a diff ratio change? i have 3.89 and fk what a difference..........2200-2400 rpm at 100kph in 4th i put 255/40/17 on the back federal track tires rwc version) now they hook up with no lsd Federal 255/40zr17 94w 595 Rs-rr bit noisy but fken awsum grip cold wet hot etc and cheap. i run the same front with 235.45/17. hope this helps your project or just ppl asking silly questions.. make sur you run a trans cooler
I got a vr with the l67. Plan on going all out with it. I want a 5/71 blower on it.

with the trans cooler i found it best to use the factory pipes out of the box (cut down) then the rubber lines to the rail and then use steel pipe sorry alloy to the front (buy custom length at the shop) and then rubber to the cooler. more joins but all the heat from the exhaust is not near any rubber! and yes i had them all flanged for fk all..hope that helps
mace engineering will supply a chip to suit non l67 ecu if just a swap and boost upgrade.
hey mate, would you have to change any of the wiring to get the supercharged in? im asking because i want to put a supercharged v6 into my VZ commodore. would i have to change the wiring for it to fit into my VZ?

Hey... well i had the adz elbow sitting around for like 4 years since I brought it from the original maker of them but by memory was like $300 or so and for the throttle body it was off eBay and was like $100 or so 👍
