- I go for a walk in the Wasdale Head area of the Lake District for some landscape photography.
I decide to head to Wast Water and Wasdale Head in particular for a walk and to look for some landscape images. I am aware of one waterfall marked on the map just outside the village. I also find a quaint little bridge.

Beautiful video. Thanks for sharing. 👍22
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
loved that bridge with those vivid greens. In my part of the world most roads where built after WWII so bridges are just a concrete slab over a creek.
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
These really are superb Videos, I love the Lake District and have many happy memories walking with my late Wife in the Lakes over the years I know the area in your latest Video fairly well but don't have your breadth of overall knowledge of Cumbria, I envy the fact that you live there and in Keswick in particular as we had friends who lived in Portinscale and the area is beautiful, you can make as many of these Videos as you like I love them all, I must get get up there for some Photography later in the year, Colin.( all your images were stunning).
Thank you so much for sharing and you kind words.
I have never been a fan of long exposures that blur water detail to an unrecognizable state whether it be waterfalls or seascape imagery. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for commenting. I understand that and it is very much a personal thing. In general my wife does not like my waterfall images for that reason but I do.
I sort of agree with you. But has dabled a little in using ND filers to slow things down lately. But I need more filers to explore it.
Thanks for sharing the video of some of the Lake District. I do like that location but don't get to go up north much now.
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
@keswicklimeyphotography can I ask you what the make of your tripod is.
My main tripod is from 3 Legged Thing, a British company. The particular model is Bucky. However, the head is a Platyball from Platypod. I hope that helps.
@@keswicklimeyphotography thanks for the.
Another canny video, just seen you make a guest appearance in another female vloggers channel too. Cheers.
Thank you. Not aware of any guest appearances, do tell.
Lynne Luxon-Jones was doing a vlog at St Marys Lighthouse and you appeared on it! Non speaking role. She just put it up yesterday, just search for her name on youtube.
Thank you for that. I don't think I was totally aware I was getting in her shot.
I bet you say that to all the girls!
