This is perfect dark chocolate recipe for all those who love chocolates . Turned out really well . Trust me I'm not going to buy chocolates anymore instead prepare them at home. 😋
Well, here's my honest review. I had to give this a second trial , to get that perfect chocolate. The first time I did this , I went wrong with the quantity of ingredients mentioned ( too much of cocoa powder with less coconut oil ) . Also, I didn't turn off the flame and tried mixing cocoa powder directly. This not only made my chocolate thick but also got seperated from the oil... Then I added 2 table spoons of milk and stir again .. this worked, but adding milk will increase the setting time of the chocolate ( also you cannot expect it to be perfectly hard ) so make sure you're supposed to turn off the flame ,take out the bowl ,clear the moisture beneath the bowl, then slowly add little amount of cocoa powder and stir simultaneously till you get the consistency as shown in the video . Make sure you get no lumps here.. Now this takes 30min approximately to set down.
Remember, this is a dark chocolate. It is supposed to be bitter. Hence, you cannot expect it to be sweet 😁 (Add more honey, and adjust accordingly to treat your sweet tooth . )
Also it melts perfectly in mouth ( coconut oil melts to the room temperature. )
Follow the instructions correctly, Give it a proper 2nd shot, I'm sure you'll love it too. 💯

    Hello Everyone😊
Note:- Please Turn off the flame before adding cocoa powder as i mentioned in the video, because due to more heat cocoa powder gets hard immediately and oil may get seperated so we should turn off the flame before adding cocoa powder & whisk only 1 minute and take off from the heat😊

So I finally tried your recipe but replaced the oil with salted butter and also doubled the measurements. Pls go for this and also I would recommend reducing the cocoa powder a little since it was too bitter according to me and I added a tsp of powdered sugar since it wasn't sweet enough with just honey. I also added milk and a spoon of Nutella. Waiting for the result now. Otherwise, it tastes osm!
edit: tried it again today and by the way, the first end result was so good! I am so happy its with hone since my mom cant have sugar for some time!

Doing this in the past, I've had problems with getting the honey to mix completely into the cocoa butter / or coconut oil. It seems to fall out of solution in the final, cooled down product, sticking to the bottom layer and making a sticky mess. I think honey is water soluble, but is not soluble in oil. Comments, anyone, on this? Thanks.
