I doubt it, it's than likely a cross cultural mythological reflex to create a creature like this.
Some characters and creatures in the bible were inspired by previously established myths like the flood myth, the Adam and Eve story, and the crucified savior trope.

The "void of space" grows larger because the universe and everything within it is expanding. I dont think it could throw around black holes or stars without becoming one (though it would've died long before that process due to the square-cube law).

Weird. In south east asia theres one of the nagas that has almost the same description as the leviathan.
