    Cake:
    - 350 g of wheat flour type 550
    - 150 g of wheat flour type 750
    - 100 g of whole grain wheat flour type 1850
    - 400 ml of water (at a temperature of about 25°C)
    - 20 g of fresh yeast
    - 50 g of shelled sunflower seeds
    - 1.5 teaspoons of salt
    - 1 teaspoon of honey
    - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    Preparation:
    1. mix flour;
    2. make the leaven with 50 ml of water, yeast, honey and 2 tablespoons of flour, set aside for 15 minutes to activate the yeast;
    3. combine all ingredients and mix;
    4. knead the dough by hand or with a planetary mixer;
    5. put in a bowl, cover and set aside for 2 hours;
    6. degasse, pour into a mold;
    7. cover and leave to rise for 1 hour;
    8. bake for 40 minutes at 200°C;

    Dzień dobry. Trzeba przyznać od samego początku widać z jakim oddaniem przygotowuje Pan ten chleb. Piękny bochen chleba, aż miło patrzeć. Zapewne piętka z masłem smakuje wybornie. Dziękuję za przepis. Napewno upiekę bym posmakować.
