He's one of the most grounded comedians. He doesn't let it get to his head. That's a big reason I like him.
I agree , nobody knows what happens behind closed doors but Chelsea comes across as her drugs and one night stands are more important to her. Who the hell would dump jo ?! I feel so sad for him
facts. what a grounded guy
Fuck your money guaranteed chealsea gots you
I had to learn this here. Somehow I feel relieved for him.
Yeah, but sometimes having a little bit of confidence is important as a comedian
He was just on Maui… 3 shows turned into 8 shows… he was all over the island… supporting local businesses and signing stuff…I was lucky enough to get a signed hat… he’s a treasure…oh and funny as hell! 🤙🏻🌈🔥🎤
True..🤣😄
jo koy's career is exploding at this point and he deserves every bit of it ... congrats!!!
I've never seen Jimmy Fallon laughed so genuinely before.
I noticed this too. But really, his job is difficult. He has to laugh at the things his guests thinks funny. Not easy. He has to make sure that the guests are welcomed and about them. So i’m just letting it go and enjoying the show.
Jo Koy is the best, he never disappoints me in anything.
“Have you ever met him?” 🤣🤣🤣
wait till you see this movie......first time for everything
Yeah… about that go watch the movie
im from golden globe 2024…
Probably the most genuine Fallon laugh ever when he said the bit about Jo not meeting Spielberg and Jo having one of those can’t stop laughing moments LMFAOOOO🤣🤣
LMFAO I KEEP REPLAYING THIS PART 🤣
Hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
😭😂😂
That’s my favourite part, yes jimmy’s laugh is definitely genuine and jokoy is really laughing his ass off 🤣
Jo Koy don't sleep on him. One of the funniest people alive. So humble and grateful.
I didn’t laugh once during his movie.
@@thatxboxguy43 thanks for watching lol
@@thatxboxguy43 Sad life you have😅
Jimmy & Jo laughing together is so cute!
“Have you met him?”
“No!”
Enjoyed this part of the video so much 😂
@@balaieddiva9726 I love it when 2 "comeed-jens" crack each other up.
LOL
hahahahahah 5:46
One of the funniest comedians I ever seen, and very humble good spirited guy, good to see he’s now making movies
I love you Jo Koy! He never fails to make me laugh. He jokes on Filipino Moms but never offended much unlike other comedians who offends other nationalities.
I love how uncomfortable he is bragging about his success. A truly humble king!
King? Lol. Not
That shit is beat into us as Fillpinos lol
@@richcampbell6808 by now this man is filipino royalty lol
@@richcampbell6808 Take a seat Darren, you take thing literally you become DD's husband🤣🤣
So happy for this dude. He been grinding for years! Much deserved
I think wherever Jo Koy goes, there will always be laughter. I want to be surrounded by people like him.
I have had the privilege of seeing Joy Koy live twice. First time I’m a small venue in Dayton and second time at Taft Theater in Cincinnati. He is so down to earth, relatable and funny. I have never laughed so hard in all my life and that says a lot as I am used to British humor from growing up in England.
Never thought I'd see the day when we see this representation for us Filipinos. 🇺🇸🇵🇭💪🏽
One of the reasons he is soooo likable and will be bigger than what he is today is because He is soooo humble 👏🏻🙌🏻❤️
I wish Jokoy and Rob Schneider would make a movie together someday.
You really hate us, don’t you?
That's a swell idea!!
Maybe a buddy cops movie with zombies, aliens, dinosaurs and some Marvel Cinematic Universe flavor thrown in 🤣
When he and Jimmy are laughing those hearty, belly laughs, that’s my serotonin for the week
This guy has always amazing, it must be so hard to stay funny when you’re heartbroken . I feel for him 😢.
Him and Chelsea broke up?
@@rodaxel7165 yep
@@rodaxel7165 Funny, I always thought he was gay.
@@Miadaskate that’s my thought too!
@@Miadaskate It's the way he talks.. and he ends everything with an 's' sound too long.
Never have I seen a funniest comedian! He's put me in stitches! My favorite is the Hula dance!
Jo Joy is killin it right now, it reminds me of when Bill Burr’s career started getting Supercharged in the past 5 years with Madison Square Garden, his Tv Show, and Movies. Jo’s on that same road now!
I've been a JoKoy fan for a long time! I first saw his act at 'Catch a Rising Star' in 2009. He's truly talented, humble and worked so hard throughout the years. I am so happy for his success!!
Who wouldnt if your name is Emily del Castillo? 😂😂🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Jimmy and Jo laughing together is just EPIC!!!!!!
Thanks Jo for making Filipinos proud! 🇵🇭
I've been a fan of Jo Koy's for many years bc his comedy is meant for all of us to appreciate. And, per usual, he had me laugh-crying with his 'Steve' story.
have you ever met him? no - lmao i died laughing
I saw him in a small comedy club right after his Seattle Netflix special. People were able to line up after the show and he shook hands and took pictures! Such a great night! 🥰
Can't believe how far he's come! So well deserved with all his hard work.
im so glad hes sharing Filipino heritage to the world. Also liked it the Steven liked him to make a movie
I love me some Jo Koy. He is a true humble king. He is one of my favorite comedians. He never lets anyone get too him and he keeps me dying. I'm a Seattle girl.
I love Joy Koy!!!! Found him on Netflix and have loved him ever since!!!💖💖💖💖
Ever since
I love the message that he’s giving to the world. Hope i get to watch all the new films in theaters.
So So So Proud of him! He came so far and unlike other Filipino Comedians, never gave up on his dreams! CONGRATULATIONS Jo Koy!!!! We are all proud of you Kuya! I mean, you're only 5 years older but still you're...okay, okay...Bro! LOL! Can't wait to see Easter Sunday!
You can sense the Filipino warmth on his tone when talking about family. So proud of this guy. Pilipinas, represent! 🤘🏻
Hilarious when Jimmy asked "have you met him?".. No. Filipinos understood that. We call that, feeling close. hahahaha! Proud of you Jokoy!
This dude is new to me. He’s naturally funny so I’m going to check out his stand up.
You sir are in for a treat!
omg. I wish I could watch his stand up for the first time. So incredibly funny. He's got two on Netflix right now.
He's not funny.
@@richcampbell6808 like yo mama
Yeah proven by his 3 Netflix specials and sold out shows everywhere!
I like Jo Koy🙂 He’s full of energy and compassion
One of my favorite things is when he laughs, he really is genuinely laughing. If he doesn't think it's funny, he's not gonna laugh, so you always know he's being real 😂
thank you for not forgetting your roots and not act like somebody else even if you've reach this far Jo Koy, real love from you there, so as fellow Filipino I pray for your success and good fortune. thank you for wearing the hat and being proud👏👏👏🇵🇭
5:47 i love how nice and accommodating Jimmy is w his courtesy laughs. Totally imposed laughing, which is really nice and supportive
He’s so hilarious! I enjoyed this interview, it’s so obvious that Jokoy and Jimmy’s laughter is genuine and so contagious! Lol
I don’t think there is a genuine bone in Jimmy Fallon’s body.
This is going to be one the best comedies of the year, and for sure will be a classic in Hollywood comedy genre. Bravo Easter Sunday cast and crew! Cant wait to see this!
He has GREAT energy, so infectious
This is the best interview I have ever seen! So genuine! So fkn funny!!!
Are you Asian?
You really need to watch more interviews then.
@@jnnx So it was a horrible interview then? Are you always so bitter? Hopefully things start to look up for you.
My husband & I watched his movie-Easter Sunday. A very good start as his first movie. We loved it. He’s really a funny guy! We hope there’ll will be Part 2. Jokoy, our heartfelt ‘Congratulations’! Good job!👍👍👏👏💕
Jo Koy is very sweet! He’s not superficial!! I definitely have to see his movie- Easter Sunday❣️
I genuinely love Jo, and just think he has a very genuine spirit and heart. There's just nothin' to not like about him. I am so happy for him and his success. Thanks for bringin' us all joy, buddy. appreciate it! :)

" Have you ever met him?"
😂😂😂😂
Love Jo Koy! Can't wait to see his movie Easter Sunday, especially since Steven Spielberg oversaw the entire production!
❤❤❤❤❤❤👋👋👋👋👋👋👋
Except he didn’t. His company made the movie, but that’s it. He thought he was about to make “Crazy Rich Asian” money, and tried to cash in. The director who made this for Dreamworks, also made the “Dukes of Hazard” 2005 remake, so if you liked that piece of quality filmmaking, you are gonna love this…
Never a dry eye of laughter when Jo Koy is in the house. NEVER!
I pitched it in the room. They bought it in the room…. I mean wow🥺
All I can say is Amen
Comedy is the best form of entertainment and Jokoy’s one of the best comedian of my generation, humble and proud of his filipino heritage, mabuhay ka Jokoy! The entire nation is rooting for you!
Puta nayan username mo HAUAHAHA
This is so awesome, I absolutely love Jo. I was randomly watching Netflix comedy documentaries, and came across Jo’s and instantly fell in love and binged all of his available in the same day. He’s hilarious, I can’t wait to see this! 💕
You can tell by Jimmy’s pause at 8:47 that he was touched by what Jokoy said. It was truly touching.
God bless you more Jo Koy. Thank you for doing this not just for yourself but also for the entire Filipino and Asian community in the US. 🙏
He is One Of Of My Favorites!!! I Wish Him Much Success With His Film!!
I'm getting teary eyed hearing the story about Easter Sunday 🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭 amazing job Jo!!!!!🙏🏼
Love this guy!! He’s soooo funny!!
I'm still wishing Chelsea just comes out, especially since he's in NY😭 i know she's probably super proud and very happy for him and all the success that's coming his way 🥺🙏🏼 I am also so so happy for him and so proud, been a fan of his for over 10 years, so he deserves ALL OF THIS🙌🏼🙏🏼

Absolutely loves Jokoys’ journey such an amazing guy and surely an inspiration
This is a funny episode. So good!😂
Love this guy, will definitely go and show my support at the cinemas when it comes out
I’ve seen the movie! It was really good! They all can act and Jokoy, himself is a very good actor. I hope y’all could come out there and see this movie, you won’t regret it! It’s about a family, loving and supporting each other.
The movie is awful. How much are you getting paid for these shill reviews? Jo Koy is alright in the movie, but both the writing and direction in this movie completely phoned in.
Jo Koy being a very proud Pinoy is what I really like about him
Jo koy deserves it all!
This duo are the best NGL!
Thanks jimmy for enviting JO to your show....JOSEPH this our moment we support you and all Filipinos GODBLESS
Been excited for this movie that I had to buy a ticket like a week before 🤣 so proud of you, JoKoy!

Also, I’m glad him and Chelsea worked things out…I really like them for each other. He balances her out well. Hope the best for him.
I love them too. I think they're giving each other space for the time being, because they are not selfish, especially when it comes to success.
I smiled big throughout that whole clip.
Jo Koy, thanks for not being shy to tell the culture of the Philippines to the World! Unlike People who are known and forgot their roots.
