The whole problem is that a 12 volt relay cannot operate from 5v, and even more so from 3v, as stated. It works from 6v and above.

بسیار مچکر هستم از اینکه هم مارو سر کار گذاشتید و هم خودتان رو ! این مدار رو مونتاژ کردم و بعد از کلی بررسی به این نتیجه رسیدم که دیدم اصلان مقایسه کننده ولتاژ نداره که بعد از شارژ باتری اتوماتیک ولتاژ رو قطع کنه ! کلان یک چیزی رو تحلیل درست نکردین لطفا پست نزارین😂😂😂😂

For two 18650 batteries what voltage do you need and how much do you cut?
If your 18650 has a cut-off voltage of 2.75v then add a little more like 3v cut times two that's 6v and for charging u need to add a cut to 4.15v times 2 that's 8.3v full charge cut-off, normally is 4.2x2 8.4 but just for safety reasons go a little lower
