  • Second video of the PrintNC milling machine build. There are still some things to do as spoilboard and mist cooling but other than that it is functional. I will add some videos when I will actually use it.

Very nice build. Im wondering if i can build a spindle plate so i can use a plasma cutter too. Hmmm. .. something to think about.

Nice build mate. Can I ask what motion controller you used?

I just checked and it was 1820 Australian dollars for the hardware (rails, ballscrews, spindle steppers, screws etc) kit from Three Design. Grbl controller was another 175, stepper drivers maybe 100 (I had them from my plasma build). Bunch of 3D printed stuff which I printed myself (400 for the printer but I had that before). I can't remember how much the steel was, maybe 4-500 or so. All together probably around 3000AUD or 2000USD and 5-6 days for building it all
