I am 62 years old and get about 3-4 hours of sleep a night. I have spinal stenosis, i have degenerative arthritis (my knees, spine are crumbling) so I wake up alot in pain. I have set up for about 3 years now to sleep. I am propped against 4 pillows and a wedge seat. I deal with chronic pain (i live in pain), but with my pain patch (Fentanyl), I can function. I'm on a high dose of pain meds but you know what? I still have a fun time in life. I laugh a lot, and enjoy watching youtubers. I love your channel Heather, you give me reasons to laugh.... Thank you !

You sound just like me . Unfortunately I have to rely on Tramadol as I don’t react well with the morphine based pain patches
@angelaharnett6437 yes I have 8 tramadol and 8 paracetamol a day just to move about with pain. OraMorphe is the only thing that takes all the pain away for short time. But GP doesn't prescribe it.

Yay! Heather's back! I will have to check out Miss A, guess I've been living under a rock! I like using a peel-off mask too, and I found a way to lessen the pulling on my skin.I get ahold of the edge of the mask and I use the other hand to lightly tug in the opposite direction of the way I'm pulling off the mask, so it sort of equalizes the one directional pull on my skin, and I pull slowwwly My skin is pale and sensitive (and old, at 75!) and it doesn't make my skin sting or get inflamed, if I do it that way. It works for me! BTW, I love your Amazon storefront and I will be ordering as soon as I get back from vacation. I found several things I want!❤❤❤❤

Hi Heather! If we played a drinking game (and I am not much of an alcohol beverage person) and took a drink every time you said "Shop AOA" I think I would be under the table asleep for days...ROFL!! Wow, that double brush mascara is interesting...I don't think I would have figured that one out on my own! Looking for the GRWM video of that! You are so naturally funny but informative as well. Oh, when it comes to dinners, I make a menu a week ahead, shop for that plus essentials, so then we know what we're having for dinner every night. Tonight we had honey Dijon garlic chicken with steamed broccoli and rice pilaf. Oh yes. Ohhhh yes.

6ho urs of sleep for me. I work 8 hrs every night 5 days a wk. I'm 71 yrs old and still rocking it. I can do circles around the kids I work with LOL
Thanks for a great haul. You always make my day. I am retired and i only sleep about 3-6 hour a night. I do nap during the day.

Hey Heather! You're just spoiling us with all these videos! Hello from Northwest Wisconsin. I've had bad knees for years and just finally had my first knee replacement surgery. I'm getting ready for my 2nd one on July 31. I have to get up every 2 hours or less in the night so I don't get too stiff. So I end up getting about 4 hours of sleep on the daily. 🥴 Thank you so much for sharing all the makeup with us! 💗😁
