I still get perms yearly lol my hair dresser says she gives quite a few people perms. She says a lot of people like them cuz it makes their hair easier to curl. I hate my straight hair so I always have a perm lol

Loved this video and your Piper stories, especially the cat poo. I have a funny beagle and poo eating story. I had a beagle who loved to eat her’s and our other dogs, if we had a cat I’m sure she would have eaten that too. It got to be such a problem the vet gave us a powder to put on her food called, Forbid. The package said…I kid you not, makes feces taste less desirable or something like that. How could poo be any less desirable??? I just had to share, thought you’d get a kick out of it.🤣🤣🤣

Hello Heather, I recently found you and I am a big, big fan. Your great girl, and your from Minnesota!! When I was 19 I was hired by LaMaur, of the famous little community of Fridley, MN. You may not know what the heck I am talking about, but in a nutshell, I was a technical specialist for their professional hair products ie: perms, hair color and bleach. I traveled around the U.S. teaching licensed cosmetologist advanced chemical techniques. Had a blast, but worked my butt into the ground! I am from Seattle. I watched your video on hair pieces, and the Dyson dupe, and you did fabulous !! You gave really all the info that a person would need to do a basic job, and that’s exactly all you need. Did you have any training ? Your probably just a natural. I would like to give you a couple of tips. When you add hairspray to the process, you are technically adding water,or moisture which needs to be completely dry when you add heat, otherwise you are blistering your hair and possibly your scalp. As far as the ratting up your roots, that’s the name of the big hair game. Small amounts tight down to the scalp, a small spritz of hairspray( always use a technically volume using hairspray ) I can not spell, excuse me. Spritz both sides (upper and lower sides) of hair where you want to add the hair piece, and the combs will anchor in tight, until they are removed. No falling out. When you style your hair, putting in curls, always clip them to your scalp immediately when you drop the hair from the curling iron or blow dryer. Use yoyetts, duckbill clips and don’t forget the ends. Leave them in as long as you can, until your dressed and ready to go, then style with a large wide tooth comb. No brushes, it will drop your curl. I am a retired Aesthetician, cosmetology instructor (licensed) model and makeup artist, and salon owner. Because if my background in training and experience I have a plethora of valuable knowledge that I would love to share with you IF you need it.
