Jack can't level mountains by virtue of his limited kit, but he can for sure speed blitz Aang, and well, people in Avatar aren't exactly sword proof.

This is based off Azula hitting Iroh with fireballs, and Iroh can react to lightning. Aang has casually dodged her fireballs, and has dodged Zuko and Azula's Firebending while tired. And Zuko's fire is relative to Azula's.
