I am a two time sepsis survivor. Will those two episodes raise my troponin levels permanently? I am at 65pg.

What are your thoughts on intensive long term endurance exercise (ultra running) in relation to cardiac health? Protective or not? I’m seeing thresholds in research to what is “healthy” in terms of running and what is actually increasing risk of serious heart conditions later down the line.

Very interesting, as medical investigtor, there was a recent missed case of sepsis as the focus was mainly on cardiac nature due to factors such as raised
troponin so its interesting to see this can be a sign of Sepsis too which sadly had not been considered earlier.

Yes. On my second sepsis episode...right at the ER a nurse drew blood and troponin was very high and the cardiologist and the ER doctor were having an argument over my care and what was more urgent😢

What came of this? My fiancé has had bronchitis for a few day and just started having chest pains and trouble breathing. She’s currently in the hospital with elevated troponin levels. How did you turn out and what did you discover was the cause?

@CallMeSupreme I have the same. The breathing issue since having covid in 2020. They don't see anything and breathing methods do nothing for me. It is also random.

@@bunchielove6893 did you get covid before or after a covid jab? i had covid in late 2019 (i think) - it was quite severe and had an impact on my lungs- i am not downplaying covid at all. but i am trying to gather info on these symtpoms- not everyone had the shots and the timing of them, whether people had jabs before or after getting naturally infected, that's what i would like to know. if you're willing to share it's appreciated. hope you're well
