I just had my 24’ pool installed as scheduled. The installer was very professional and completed the work in 1 day. The pool looks great. I do feel like Blue world pool does up charge their product but you do get a different filtration system. I did have to negotiate for 3-4 days because they wanted a 12 year plan. I threaten to cancel and file charges because they said they could put a lien on my house. We settled on 48 months, they dropped my pool price from $18,000 to $13,000 and they added some chairs, water fall and some other extras. I checked local vendors / installers and the cheapest price for a 24’ round pool was $8,500 cash however, Blue World Pools offers a different filtration system. We plan on paying off our pool in 24 months.
24 round way cheaper than that
You could have went to Walmart and got a pool with installation for way less.
Wait until you have to get it cleaned.
I bought a 24' top of the line with top of the line filtration unit (sand) all for $5,000

I definely agree with this guy. We just bought a pool from them and totally true, everything was a lie they got us into a contract which the guy didn’t even explain us and lie to us about everything. At the end we had to get the pool because if not they would send us to collections and we will have to pay the 70% of the cost of cancelation just because we told them like 4 days after that we didn’t want the pool. Now we just got it have to pay 13,000 we were so pissed and what can we do about m. Suppose nothing.

I wish I never bought it. Our experience was just like the guy on the TV. Now before they even installed it told me I had to pay 8300 to cancel. So my husband went ahead with install. Now we're stuck with over 40k bill😢
I agree that there are little pitfalls with every recreational purchase. However, what you are not hearing and seeing is the actual paperwork, what was promised, what was delivered and how many years they had it. The Louisiana man didn't tell us who punched a hole in the liner, liners just don't rupture or get a hole in them. I know tons of people with above ground pools and the ones who kept them up and invested in a solid, long term company said they would write that check again. There will always be complainers, the man wanted a 400 dollar pool. What did he think? A big round pool is going cost money. You own a pool, you have a payment. Him saying that they would only pay 25% of the liner replacement means according to the BWP promise, this means the man had the pool for 8 years. How much abuse and neglect happened since then? Ever since Snopes was busted lying and other consumer "advocate" sites have been exposed as liars (They are usually started by a friend of the competition who wants to badmouth a reputable company) I have become a HUGE skeptic of consumer complaint Yoo Toob videos. You are only getting one side.
I had a very bad experience with this company! I called multiple times, and it was a hard time getting someone to come out! Thankfully the lady that came was honest and told us the true price and we would be better getting a pool from Wal-Mart. When I later found out if you don't pay, they will put a lean on your home, I was so glad we didn't sign anything!
This is the worst deal ever
You cannot pay me to give them a good report rip off

This is actually true. I bought from them in 2019. I paid for the pool in full, so I don’t finance. They negotiated with me and I paid about $11k for the pool. This was early May 2019. They promised someone would be out within a couple of weeks to install. No one showed up until late June 2019. I had one crew to come, dropped all material off, made a huge hole in my backyard and then left for lunch and never came back. I called and complained and another guy came in July and installed the pool. He also told me what a jacked up job the previous installer had done to my backyard, but there is no fixing it. He installed it and did an excellent job. I also need a liner and have called them several times to jo avail. I assume liners are not on their big money scheme so they pass you around and hope you’ll give up, which is what I did. The chemical free is not true either. Especially if you want a clean pool! Be very wary if you purchase from them. They do not tell you everything but promise you the world.
Wow I found out the hard way do not get this blue world pool they over price and do not help service the pool and make you buy broken pools
Our story is the same story as the man in the video. The cleaning process is a monster. We are also heavier people and they lied to us about the weight capacity of the ladder and my husband got hurt when the ladder broke.

I always read reviews 2024 90 bad reviews I a best way quickset it was a nightmare the seem came apart didn't have it 2weeks ripped it was so disappointing My Granddaughter loved it and it looked great but they did nothing! He said bring a new liner well How when it's a quick set months and months getting hold of a pool place is ridiculous they will blow you off ignore
Also you have to pay monthly bills and they do not help you at all they are a lier

My walmart colemane pool does me well
It was the worst experience of my life they tore up my yard and concrete pad and over dug the area it it going to cost me more than the 25k I spent on the pool to fix my yard. They don't care about any of the issues. I'm thinking of a lawsuit. Stay away they are terrible

If the loan for something like this is over two years it should not be allowed. Companies are rip off bad

You have the ability to say no ! Quit blaming the company.
They hire private contractors so they are not responsible for the installation.
The pools are solid but without proper installation you have a problem.

Further more .. the agreement shows interest and more !
It's important to be informed and make the right decisions when dealing with installations.
liar, the company is a highly known predatory company full of bad reviews and complaints.
They are horrible!
