It is impossible to contact anyone and cancel your contract. The website says call their phone number. There is no access to terms of contract or even an email to cancel contract. Instead you will be on the phone daily to reach someone for them to tell you it's cancelled even though the bill goes through again. I cannot believe this place is in business. I wish I reviewed the complaints on BBB first. People aren't kidding, you literally have to go through hoops to cancel service. Now after leaving a ton of messages since getting another bill, I'm researching for a way to cancel. Because, apparently calling, texting, and emailing are not efficient. I can't believe what they are doing is legal. It is definitely false advertising and unethical practices. Do not purchase any car insurance from them. you will be paying 150$ a month and will take a minimum of 3 months to cancel when you realize they don't cover or communicate. If my mom still gets billed at end of August I will continue to post reviews.

Or just request to your bank for STOP payment on them…you just have to pay around $25 to $30 to bank
