- Best red lipsticks for olive skin. These are my top best red lipsticks and lipstick shades for olive, medium, yellow, tan skin tones. Today's video will include a demonstration, some swatches as well as a general explanation of my favourite red lipsticks. I’ve included both drugstore and high-end makeup products aka my top favourite red lipsticks from Mac, Maybelline and other brands. Some of the shades mentioned includes coral and orange based reds or deeper, maroon and plum based reds depending on whether you are a cool toned or warm toned olive. Gosh, I appreciate the info but I put on my lipstick the old school way.....slide it on vs dab it on. This would give the lips a deeper tone. But it's enough to see somewhat the look on olive skin. Thank you for sharing!

Can you recommend nude color lipstick or neutral shades for Olive skintone ? Or would it be too wash out for olive skintone to wear.
Ha! The only MAC lipstick I own I bought for 6 bucks at TJMaxx and it is the powderkiss chili one and yes it is perfect! I will have to try another of your suggestions.

I have a warm olive skin tone and I do not look good with gray, purple or wine lipsticks.
I am the same way. Those colors tend to wash me out and dull my skin color.
