What I like most about your videos is your personal protective equipment. I watch a lot of DIY videos and various creations, and I notice that when the person doesn’t take enough precautions, I’m not comfortable watching it. So thanks for letting me relax and just focus on what you’re doing.

@@bacstr in this case the frame should rotate with the vase. But, no, it's steady, and only woodwork is turning in the frame.

And you've demonstrated something that I've considered doing for years. That is installing blocks under the head and tailstock to increase the capacity. Two inch blocks will convert a 10 inch midi-lathe to a 14 inch. I think that's the maximum that I would try with a reasonably well-balanced workpiece.

These are amazing! I watched most of them when you 1st posted them, but there was one or two that were new to me. The time it takes to make all those segmented rings... that's super impressive.
Sure the bowl is pretty big. but do you think you can make a full sized, usable circular bath tub.
