Well I had 78% in 10th and I opted for commerce with maths in 11th and I have got 93.6% in 12th with 95/100 in maths

@@harnansandhu9711 I used to finish my syllabus 2-3months before the boards,I had two boards term 1 and term 2 this year ,term 1 was objective and term 2 was subjective,for that I used Oswaal sample papers,MTG Exam ready book,Arihant book,NCERT Exemplar,APC publications and I used to watch videos of YT educators like Neha Aggarwal,Shivang maths Academy,CBSE class videos to know more and more about the different types of questions that can be asked in exams.

Applied mathematics is required making all complex mathematical models in finance,the point that ca cma and cs are not the only fields to pursue commerce in higher studies

Me as a Science student thinking that Maths is the easiest subject. Ok I mean it depends on you if wanna opt it or not though.
Sir I think aapne applied maths ki knowledge ni li iss video banane m, applied has 0 trigo and it has financial mathematics and is beneficial for commerce courses, like economics honors, it has a lot of topics, you even get to learn how to find mc mr using calculus . Core is totally useless for commerce students as it is made for science syllabus there are topics like vectors which are useful for physics and applied has topics useful for commerce
Sahi baat hai. Applied maths has gained momentum from this year and is definitely recommended-but, colleges are still admitting based on pure maths. Hence maths lena abhi bhi just for college admissions is an issue.

Go for maths as you have interest in it but IP sure is a scoring subject and a good option
