CMA and CS are nothing in front of CA. CA is a globally recognised profession but CMA,CS are only india level. CS and CMA are not so hard as i completed both the courses when i was 24 years old but i was unable to clear even a single paper CA final exams and i am 32 years old now. CA is very devastating course😭🤬

This video is very necessary because I was thinking myself genius because I cleared boards with 94% and get my dream college bhu and then cleared my foundation with 1 attempt and now when I started studying for ca inter I am following the same srartegy of ca foundation but after this video I got reality check and going to change all my plans ...as I can't afford any big or small coaching I am completely dependend on CZcams for this journey and to all my juniors I have one suggestion don't judge ca with your foundation book it is only a palm of water and ca inter is full swimming pool

On seeing the title I clicked on the video to laugh at the perspective of the orator. But, The context of the video was completely different and would be helpful for many. I am currently a CA Finalist and completely agree with the points he mentioned. I would just like to add some more points here with my experience of Inter and Final so far.
1. The point with self study is completely correct. It is not important that you only need self study to clear the exams. The guidance is equally important there. Self study comes to play when u want to gain some confidence on what you have learnt since the time you started preparing. so if you are not getting enough time to self study. Try once a week you go through what u have learnt during the whole week to know what your strengths and weaknesses are. That would be enough when you are completing the syllabus in initial days. After that Self Study will be MUST. No other way.
2. My next point will be try finding good mentors ( Probably a CA Fresher or a Senior) during your CA Journey. Trust me it plays a very major role. There will be times when you will be doing something wrong and you will not have any idea that it's the wrong way. There are many strategies which you can follow to make the studies easier which your teacher might not know but your seniors who have recently cleared will. Some F2F discussions with these mentors will give you a lot of clarity about what problems ( Emotional, Physical, Mental) you will be facing in the future so you can be prepared.
3.Last point would be for those who have just cleared Inter or are going to clear soon. Choose your teachers for Finals wisely. Don't go for your same Intermediate teachers blindly. The way of learning in Intermediate and Final is 100 % different as Ashish said in this video also. So there will be a high chance that the teacher who was best for you in Intermediate might not be that good in Finals. For this try finding some honest opinions and scrutinize them according to what suits you coz the way i understand a teacher might be different with how you understand his concepts so PROs and CONs are important. If you are going for Online coaching, try reading many reviews and i mean A LOT and try to filter out the genuine reviews there. This decision of yours will determine a lot about your future. Here also your mentors can guide you.
I hope these things will help you plan the best for you. Best of Luck.

As a ca,
It took me a total of 10 attempts from cpt to final and around 7 years.
Cpt-2 attempts
Ipcc-5 attempts
Final-3 attempts
My biggest mistake was not taking coaching.
Just took 1 class each in final and ipcc.
For me ipcc been more tougher because it used to contain cost and fm, dt and idt, it and sm. These combination of subjects to prepare in a single day is challenging.
But in final its just single subject all down so found it easy.
And talking about stratergy, final was comparatively easy because we have many yt lectures of teachers and that made things preety easier.
I studied almost 6 to 7 hrs with full focus for 3 months and cracked in ca final but last 1 month 12 hrs easy.
But in ca inter i almost clocked 9 hrs in ca ipcc because in nov17 no yt lectures were their.
And so from transition to final from ipcc i already knew what should be the stratergy.
He is right in most of the scenario and at the end of the day CA IS NOT THAT EASY.
Just study smart and wisely.

@suchirsai no, attempts in foundation doesn't really matter but make sure you try to clear ipcc and final in one go.

Absolutely appreciate this video as it gives a reality check to kids who start the CA course with lot of dreams but without real hard truths about what changes to your life, the efforts needed, the pain and struggle that one endures till you become CA. At times I have seen cases where the student is stuck in rut as to not knowing what to do next if they can't get out of the repetitive exam attempts and whether they can ever have any exit option to find an alternative career! Not only they can't exit the chakravyuh but find it difficult to find decent opportunities even at any level in Industry or in CA firms.

You just need passion and hunger to learn and be in the top.
I've cleared CA Inter Group1... He is absolutely right.. If you do self study you'll not pass CA Inter exams... Bc questions aise aate h jo na modules me hote nahi PYQ me.. u'll need a tutor who teaches you all the concepts of every chapter which are not even in the books... For example in accounts..Praveen Sharma sir teaches 300% more concepts than what's given in the accounts module based on 10yrs mocks/pyq/rtp etc. It's not a promotion even i did his classes from youtube i didn't do any coaching for ca inter due to financial reasons but studied all topics from youtube from best faculty's 7/8 yrs old video... Just keep in mind that the syllabus has changed in some topics so refer to modules with amendments and the internet... PHYSICAL COACHING CLASSES IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED just make sure its close to your residence so u don't fatigue yourself which can be costly since u'll have to change cities.

Let me explain one thing based on my personal experience
I have cleared my CA final group 2 in nov 22
One think i would like to add
Try to finish your classes as soon as possible and make a plan and do self study and try to finish per subject in 15-16 days do 2-3 revision and give the exam and see the results pass.

Exam me number ache mile the bass syllabus khatam karne me dusro se zada time laga tha. Main tab Tak kisi topic ko yaad nahi rakh pata jabtak main uske bareme imagine na karlu.
Bhaiya aapne to ek tarah se 0.001% walo ki pol khol di, mein apne juniors ko batata hu ki 12th mein 1 hr coaching and 6hr school bahut hai 91.4% lane ke liye, and foundation mein bas 4hrs coaching or self study bahut hai.
Its all lies guys, har topper jhut bolta hai chahe vo ca topper ho ya boards topper. Sab pagalo ki tarah 3 months before exams padte hai, ha bas ham log last 2 days before exams relax karte hai thora revise karke. Ye reality hai.

As a CA finalist the words you said is so relatable. People get fascinated by the word CA but they don’t understand what it is required to become a CA. Honestly speaking there is no such word like easy going with us. It really needs to work like a kolhu ka bail and one need to put the best of everything. It will test each of your nerve; including your emotions, your mental state, your physical well being.

What he said is true. But if you want to do ca. just go for ca. don’t listen to anyone. If you chose commerce and you don’t have that money to do mba from tier 1 colleges. Go for ca and give your all. Solve icai material, watch youtube vdos of faculty, join library and you will definitely clear your ca. i am in ca finals and most probably clear my exam. I have seen many students left ca after 1-2 attempts of inter and after that they do mba from tier 3 colleges and join job which doesn’t give you security. You can clear it in first attempt and if not you can eventually clear just stay focused. Don’t think only topper can become ca. don’t get de motivated by rumours. The 11-12th teachers are not ca. they don’t know anything about ca syllabus. Just go for it.
Sir I am a 11th class student. I have only one goal - CA. "please aap ek baar bata dijiye 12th ke baad coaching karni chahiye ya nahi, i believe u so much".Vaise to i want ki jaldi hi CA start karu because usme certainly nahi h ki kitne attempt lag jaaye, so i don't want to do college. But sir maine ▶️pe bahut advantage/disadvantage of college wale videos dekhe h. And i think college karna obviously beneficial to hoga..isliye hi sirf college karne ka man me aaya. Aap sir agar keh de ki friends na ho to bhi chalega, and directly CA par hi dhyaan do (as i think), तो it will help me to make my mindset stronger.

Being an intermediate student I would recommend you to take coaching but make sure choose the one which is not just doing business. There are many such good coachings.Secondly I would recommend you to go for offline coaching Bcz taking hours of classes online is hectic and also sitting alone for long hours may create a atmosphere of loneliness, as told to me by some people who have online coaching. Thirdly, ekbar aao to CA Mai. Agar tumhara taste pure commerce wala hoga to tum course me itne ache se adjust hojaoge kiii iske aaage har cheez chotiii lgne lgegi aur uskebad tumrii sariii confusions door hojayegi. Khooob Mehnat krne m sukoon milega aur khaaliiii baithna psnd nhi ayega. all these recommendations are based on my personal experience. thank you.

See masti krne Jaane k Mann h kisika to kyahii bole but CA k aage ye sb jaruri nhi h...but leliya h saath ki mnn m bar bar dar na Lge although jbse maiiii CA m ayihu...mujhe ye itna psnd aaya kiii mera aur khi dhyan nhi jata...and my full focus is on CA. And from my experience if you like it..you wont feel it as tough as told to you by many people

Ye foundation mai apni college life waste mat kar bass ek saal bacha lega tu agar foundation Diya toh usse accha college life bhi enjoy kar aur ca bhi ban ❤️

i agree with sir about all the things that he has said, i agree with him that CA foundation log first attempt me clear karke udd ne lagte hai
my personal experience of CA foundation is that i myself was having doubts of whether i would clear ca foundation in first attempt or not this happened to me in paper 3 BMLRS where my halat was just too bad so i sat down one day and started to find out all the chapters i could do and to focus all hard work in paper 3 on those subjects only and total of those chapters came around to 53 marks and when i got my result i was happy to get 49 in paper 3
as for CA inter i really was on verge on tears when during intial chapters of paper 4 taxation part A income tax where i was not understanding a single thing(basic of income tax) while all of my friends were understanding
he is also correct that coaching classes make u sit for 10-12 hrs i have experienced that first hand and to be honest the classes do try to make everything fit inside you

paper 3 costing was the one that would make me a lot worry so when we got leave from classes to study for mock tests but due to finding good videos on youtube now i find fun in doing all the subjects of group 1( i am giving only 1st group) but i really enjoy doing the problems that are given and always try to find the logic as to why my answer is wrong as compared to the solution

Sir , I'm in ca inter nd m just thinking if someone has told me this truth earlier, I would have prepared myself in advance. My thinking was same as u described in the video at foundation level but now when I'm in inter i can relate with this. This course actually demands huge dedication , consistency and hard work. Without all this u can't ace the exam..

I m agree but sir I am doing govt job and I m doing great in my ca journey I have lot of experience with this course I think is not a course this a journey where u experience lots of things I know this course was hard and not everyone can crack in first attempt easily but sir think this course gives me more power to tackle with my all problems. This course guru for my life this course was life saver for me
