Hey after you guys react to Spring Day.
Will you (in the same video after the MV) watch the Spring Day meaning. It's not a theory video, but explanation of how it's also about the tragic death controversy with the Ferry thing. Where mostly teens on a schools field trip was on that boat that sank but the Captain told them to stay inside their rooms (while he escaped safely) leaving most of the kids to drown. And Spring Day paid respects to it.

Plus, big hit was facing bankruptcy during the time BTS release HYYH pt.1, it was their last gamble and hope which make everything more heartbreaking. One of the seniors from their company joke that bts should have thrones set up for them in the company because they practically saved the company with their success. He also said that, despite all that, they have never changed, they remain as humble and hardworking as they first started. In a way, bighit gave them their start and they saved bighit, the bond they have is different from others, they are really like family

I hate that this vid doesn't explain the global artist award. That award isn't awarded annually, it's only awarded when it's felt someone's deserved it and it hadn't been awarded in YEARS until BTS won it last year.

RM - Tall, has dimples and is on the tanner side. He looks like a leader and will probably in the front/the closest to an interviewer in pictures.
Jin - Very broad shoulders, and sorta small but plump lips (doesn’t make that much sense lol). Also Worldwide Handsome and on the taller side.
Suga - 1/2 of the small members. Very pale milky skin and has almost cat-like eyes. Probably looks bored/over it lol.
J-Hope - Very prominent features, when he smiles it’s like the sun. He does have the nickname Sunshine. Almost always smiling and energetic, probably jumping around or dancing.
Jimin - 1/2 of the small members. Chubby cheeks and plump lips. Look fluffy lol, almost soft. He has a gentle, comforting nature about him.
V - Also on the tan side. Has a more prominent nose but not in a as way of that makes sense? Is known for his box smile, you’ll notice when he talks as well. Probably the best dressed, he’s know for his Gucci and good fashion taste.
Jungkook - Also very tall. He does look more feminine but has so much muscle. Like very buff if he’s wearing the right thing. His nickname is muscle pig if that doesn’t say enough just watch a video lol. Has a thin upper lip, a small scar on his cheekbone and when he smiles he looks like a bunny. That was a lot sorry he’s my bias lol.
For the notification squad name maybe you should post a poll later on of names you like or names that were most like in the comments??? I don’t have any ideas personally but hopefully that was something 💜

When I learned about this, it made me have so much more respect for Jin than I already had. I was honestly sleeping on Jin when I first got into BTS, but the more I started learning about all the members, the more he started creeping his way up my bias list. Jimin, my ultimate bias, and Yoongi are the only one's he can't touch lol. Knowing he comes from a wealthy upbringing, and he choose to struggle day in and day out with his boys shows you Jin's amazing character as a human being. I think it's also shows how deep the love and trust runs between BTS.

The concert from the clip with suga bowed all the way down crying was so touching. It was their first performance in the largest stadium in Korea. It was sugas dream to perform there someday and they completly sold it out two night In a row. At the end suga went to bow and went down to the deepest most respectful bow and began to sob. I cried with him when I saw that. They deserve the world.

Suga's bow was for his parents in the audience. He did a traditional bow that kids do to show respect to their parents, but he could not stop himself from crying because it was the first time his parents ever came to watch their performance live. This meant so much more since his parents initially did not support his decision to move to Seoul and pursue music when he was just a teenager and Suga ended up having to support himself financially in 2-3 yrs he spent as a trainee. It took a while before his parents became okay with his decision (a bit before their actual debut) and even longer for them to actually show full support by watching him perform.

@ 22:04 the clip of Yoongi/Suga crying was because he saw his parents for the first time in their concert because before, his parents never really supported his dream of pursuing music. So on that day when he saw his parents in the crowd, he did a bow to them and cried. :)
the sad thing is that since day one bts has been producing amazing quality music, not just their title tracks (like most k-pop groups) but their albums as a body of work. it's just that the gp didn't even bother to get to know bangtan so their music wasn't able to reach a wide audience. ask any new fan of bts and they'll say they wish the could've discovered the boys sooner.
Honestly I just gotta say I haven’t been this excited to watch a reaction video in a long time. I like that your reactions are always so genuine and when u pause the video what you guys say is actually a well thought out comment. Again your reactions are refreshing and you are all very open minded and eloquent. BTS story motivates me to a daily. It shows that true success never comes easy. I really dislike it when people call them a sensation (sensations are normally just one hit wonders and ones who shoot into fame immediately after debut). BTS took 2 years to even be remotely valued in Korea, their home nation. But they never changed their motivation to make music. They always make music from their hearts and they spread the messages they want to share through their songs.
Their dynamic is unparallelled. The group is definitely one in a million. How can you manage to get together 7 equally talented, humble, genuine men who support and care for each other so much and share the love to the world.
Also i kinda want us to be called the Butternut Squad 😂😂 cuz of that butternut in the last video but whatevs hahaha keep going guys!
And with their names, no worries. You can identify them as time passes. Seeing as you are genuinely interested in them, you won't find it difficult to recognize their faces sooner or later.

That part, at 18:34, where you said they're all out of breath while going up the stage to receive their award... that's because they just finished a performance that lasted around 23 minutes, literally, making that part of the award show their mini-concert. After they performed, they had to go back to their seats, then back up the stage to get their award. Nuts, huh. You should watch their full set of the performance at the MAMA 2017. (I don't think it's safe for reactions, but on your own, you can check it out.)

heres something i noticed: in another video you said you were trying to save for an apartment, and the few videos of yours i've (binge) watched all exceed 30 minutes yet you don't seem to put ads in your videos. this was literally the first thing i noticed and idk if it's intentional but i applaud you for it bc i know youtubers who put 7 ads in one 10 min video to milk it as much as they can. usually it's a trait i dislike but when you have such long videos and try to save for a move, you definitely could put in several ads! you also mentioned another site (i'm not very familiar with it, sorry) where people can donate? i really usually don't don't do that kind of stuff but you guys, in contrast to others who react for clout and money, really take the the time to actually LEARN about the things you watch and y'all have my mad respect for that (especially you and your friend on the far left - i love how you say that make up doesn't take away from masculinity or that deciding to take a smart business decision doesn't mean you're selling yourself. i'm not overly familiar with making money in youtube or other platforms but damn, rather than some if these over hyped people who make cash for bullshit videos i really think you guys deserve it more. you've got yourself a new subscriber!
something i want to add about bts and them being from a small company:
you already know that there are the "big 3" and that music shows in Korea are brutal. bts overcoming all these big 3 groups is not the only thing we're proud of. the kpop fandom can be quite toxic and even until this day, it's basically a bts vs big 3 thing - fans of other groups band together to bring down bts, they make petitions, jimin has gotten three serious death threats in the last 3 years, they try to sabotage their success in anyway we can and i know there are people who will fight me on this and people who says armys are toxic or obsessed with protecting bts, but that is BECAUSE of these things. when bts got nominated for the BBMAS, other kpop groups banded together to mass vote for the other nominees, when taehyung's grandmother died they made fun of him and poster disgusting pictures, saying it should have been him that died instead, when jimin struggled with his body image they called him fat and useless etc etc. bts only ever had army to protect them, and we've learnt that the hard way. big 3 groups have the privilege of a rich company that can give them a lot of exposure during and before debut. this alone gives them a bigger chance to at least be known by the general public and build a fan base. bts didn't have that - they worked from nothing to something. in korea, to appear on a music show and gain exposure, the company actually pays for the groups screentime and stage, so big 3 groups have an easier time getting air time. (of course that alone doesn't guarantee them success, their fan base grows with their talent, but it does mean they're one step ahead.)
so bts coming this far is a milestone no one ever has achieved without some sort of backing from their company. we're proud of that.

I understand how yall feel about being invigorated. I used to create so much content, grind, lose sleep so I could create but after a year I just got burnt out. Ever since finding BTS Ive been inspired and creating again and just feeling like picking up those dreams and things I loved but had set aside for reality. BTS and their journey inspires me and so many and now you too. It's a movement. It's not an American Dream anymore. Thats for the birds. Its a worldwide dream. But I have a problem w this vid (nobodies to legends) because they didn’t really talk about this one specific hardship they faced(I don’t remember the year exactly but I’m pretty sure it was in between 2015 and 2016 one of those years,, but other fanbases accused them of saejaegi which is basically when the company buys a crap ton of albums to inflate the numbers and also accused for copying other groups concepts and stuff. Essentially they were accused of plagiarism. And that was a really hard time for them, it happened the day they got their very first win on a music show and everything(hashtags circulated). It was hard for fans and BTS because the fandom(and group) was so small, fans were worried that everything would get worse so some fans tried to apologize for whatever bullshit bts was accused of. And in one of their recent concerts of their last tour during a vcr they had saejagi and Plagiraism Boys(that’s what they were called) on the screen. And it was really moving because you see that they have moved forward from the dark times and they acknowledged that it happened but they’re over it. This is my personal opinion and that this scandal should’ve been included in the video because it really deeply affected them. Anyway,, thank you for all the content!! Tell the boys to really enjoy learning about kpop while they can. You can only go through the learning process once. I wish I could go back and go through the whole process again. All of these groups work super hard, and it’s rare to find something so inspiring. So enjoy the learning process. What I’m saying might not make sense right now, but it will later, I promise. 😉❤️

Michelle Tetzke same love. I’m a relatively new ARMY and I feel extremely proud whenever I see someone react to BTS’ journey and the rolling road they took to get where they are today. Most only know of the record breaking KPOP band trending everywhere but not THE REAL BTS and what they had to go through. It’s a real hard thing being an ARMY these days because they’re going places and people be pressed so hard( remember when fandoms united against them to vote for Power but Fake Love ended up being played even though they lost)? I know army’s are abit over protective of the boys so I have mixed feelings on that. But one thing I know for sure is, they deserve all the recognition they’re getting and I’ll always be proud of them regardless💜

Honestly that video can't representing what BTS had been trough. Well BTS really trough so much difficulties. They were accused plagiarism because of same wardrobe, same hair colour, same concept for fotoshoot. They trough member dead treat , false accusations, Sajaegi issue (brought your own album to increase ranking in korean chart), media black out, etc. It almost ruined their career until BigHit maked legal action, n WON. BigHit even asked to south Korean government to investigated their own company just only to proof thay are clean. BTS even though south korea media black out when he received Billboard Awards for the first time. Sadly isn't it, but thank goodness ARMY are with them. You can check all of them by googling it. I'm really sure there are still footprints there.

So I did watch this video till the end but I cant think of a name for the notification squad. I can not even say how happy and how proud I am of these seven amazing guys. I am honored and happy to be able to say that I was apart of Army since 2013. It really is incredible to see where they came from, its even more incredible to have gone through that journey with them. I still remember the exact day and moment when I discovered this remarkable group of boys.
It's nice to see you discovering BTS. For anyone who has a dream and is struggling with something, they are especially inspiring. Love your sincere reactions..i can see your love for BTS, i cried the first time i watched this video, i will always support BTS knowing where they come from and that all was achieved purely through talent, hard work, perseverance and not through connections, that made me respect them alot..even though they were told they couldnt possibly be succesful because they come from a small company but they never gave up their dreams, that truly inspire me and their songs are an inspiration to everyone..i love also the fact they are so humble down to earth and their sincere love for Armys makes me want to protect them more and support them always..

RM - He has a round face, dimples when he smile. His lips are full but not as full as others. He is the tallest out of all of them.
Jin - He has a rounded face as well, but not as rounded. He has a button nose and full lips. Has broad shoulders and a thin waist. 2nd tallest.
Suga - He has a rounded face, but with a more baby face look. His lips are not as full but not thin either (shows his gums when he smiles). A button nose as well. His stare is intense. The second shortest (or the shortest, I heard that Jimin is taller than him but that could be wrong)
J-Hope - His face is sharp, high cheek bones and a thin nose. Lips not full but not thin. His face is literally my aesthetic. He is the 3rd shortest in BTS.
Jimin - An all around baby face. He has full lips. He is the shortest member. His hands are the smallest. His eyes are the biggest focus on his face. They disappear when he’s smiling or laughing hard, and he tends to smile with them. Best booty in Bangtan.
V - Has a boyish face, with high cheek bones. His mouth turns into a box when he smiles. The 3rd tallest in BTS. Always seen with Gucci.
Jungkook - Really young looking. He looks young (he is, but when I see him, that’s the word that comes to my mind). He looks like a rabbit.

Just to add to Jimin: his eyes are the most noticeable part of his face. They disappeared when he laughs or smile hard. He also tends to smile with his eyes a lot and can be smoldering sexy when he's performing.
Oh and one way to remember V is that 90% of the time he's wearing Gucci and literally looks like an anime character come to life. 😀 Voice is also the deepest of the group.
A little more about Jimin...that description about his eyes when he smiles by Sade Byers is spot on. It's known as an "eye smile" and I'm totally weak over it. Then...um...this won't do you any good if you're focused on his face...um...he has The. Best. Booty. in the group. He's known for it throughout all of Kpop, actually. Probably largely due to his years of dance training. This takes me so far past 'weak' that I've come all the way around to the other side. Good golly Miss Molly.

18 minutes and 37 seconds in. They were tired because they performed Cypher 4 and Mic Drop a little bit before winning the award. Don't quote me but I want to say it was in Hong Kong. But it was the MAMA awards. One of my favorite performances because they killed it and the dance breaks were amazing.

The awards show where they were all sweaty when they went up to accept was because they had JUST performed the song you saw in "Who is BTS?" Some of us were annoyed that it was scheduled in that order, so that they looked that way. With other groups it's common that they accept a win, then perform later. But whatever. They did both, and they killed it.

Anyway I enjoyed the video as always. It's really fun to watch people get to know who the boys are and get to understand why they are loved by so many. BTS faces a lot of prejudice, being a boy band and Korean and I really appreciate your guys genuine effort to know them and their music without judging or stereotyping.
Also don't worry about not recognising them yet, you'll get there soon!! Believe me, we've all been there.
Btw if you really want to get to know them then I recommend watching some videos of them. They have their own CZcams channel (BangtanTV) on which they post lots of fun videos like Behind the scenes stuff and more. You'll find all of then with English subtitles on the channel Bangtan Subs.
They also have a channel on the VLive App, where they do live streams and also have a game show series called Run! BTS
They have like 50 episodes by now
They are about 30min, so a bit longer but they are great fun!!!
