3rd story reminds me of another story where a bride refused to invite any single guys to her wedding under the reasoning that "single guys will get drunk and hit on all the single ladies" when it turned out to be the opposite (the few single guys ended up being harassed by all of the drunk single women) and it led to a shitstorm between the groom and bride's circle of guy friends.

He finally asked the friend about it and he had some lame excuse and asked him to be an usher. The bride asked him to run by the bakery cause they forgot something and they would pay him back. There was no place for him at the reception cause they used him as a gopher. After everything wound down, he was waiting for the reimbursement for bakery but the groom kept blowing him off and he was just going to leave but the groom asked him to run to get them some food and then everybody started putting in an order too saying they pay when he got back. He sucked it up and went to get the food but never got reimbursed for anything. He finally confronted the guy after their honeymoon to get his money back and one lame excuse after another he finally was reimbursed. Let’s just say the friendship is over! Bride didn’t want him in the wedding because he was overweight. Bride and groom belong together cause they’re both 🍕💩!!
S3: the biggest thing for me in this is how no one told OP about the wedding and him not being invited until the other friend mentioned the wedding. Had it been told to him and the couple upfront about their dumb invite scheme, he might have been more open to helping or attending last minute. John throwing Jane under the bus is not a good start to their marriage. A wedding is abput the couple and celebrating their union woth family and friends. Whether or not they are in a relationship or single.
I have been with my GF for almost 6 years and have a kid with her I can't see myself cheating on her when I want to spend the rest of my life with her so when I hear someone cheated on there partner I know they really didn't care for them and there partner was just a place Holder until they found better

Story 3 something kind like this happened to me friend asked me to be best man I said yes 2 years later wedding comes it's outside in December in Indiana and it was a fucking mess so I wasn't exactly best man he had his other friend someone I never could stand and tada I was right about that pedo but his soon to be wife hated me and loved other friend I refused to baby her well turns out other best man didn't want to walk with the pregnant maid of honor no clue why so I did and I had to walk this pregnant woman across an icy parking lot while other best man was standing next to him I don't see him very often anymore her never because she's a pain in the ass now they have 3 kids and I don't know what she does he works takes the kids out her I don't hear much of so who knows.
