The most of time having a party, it's a big time lost.
I'm always more fast in solo or duo comparing to 5man lfg even with full level 80.
So don't do lfg and just play solo.
If you're not able to finish the dungeon in solo, or you take 2 years to finish it.
Do an lfg for level 80 only, and don't be disrespectful because you need them.

Is there only the Cape we can get with the extra tokens or is there more to get?

The cape is the only event exclusive, other than that is used for the dungeon unique armor and some runes still very much used *stares at superior Rune of the monk*
