I make my guacamole, 4 avocados, 1 medium size tomato, half of a red onion, 3 jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, and sea salt. Mmm! I would love to see a graduation table, my son is graduating high school this year. My son has special needs, it’s a special year for my family, very proud of him and the young man he’s becoming. Thanks for sharing!
I make my own. I roast long green Chile, jalapenos, and tomatoes. I peel the Chile's and dice them. I mix all ingredients and add salt to taste. I also add lime juice so the avocado stay green.

My favorite guacamole is 4 avocados, dry Italian dressing, and fresh lime juice. It is so yummy.
Definitely guacamole homemade is the best. I love mexican food all the time, for 5 de mayo I’ll do all this to celebrate

I loved your video! Yes I celebrate Cinco de Mayo. This year I made chicken enchilada pasta, guacamole, salad and fried plantain chips. I also like Chipotle's guacamole so my recipe is as close to theirs as I could get it. I use 2 avocados, 1/2 red onion diced, 1 roma tomato diced, 1/3 diced jalapeno, seeded & ribs removed, 1 tbsp dried cilantro, 2 tsps lime juice, 1/4 tsp salt, and i sprinkle in nature seasoning & sugar to taste (about a pinch each).
Wow!! Definitely gonna try the shrimp appetizer
