Like everyone, I want to know the truth, even if the truth is not to my liking. The worst thing propagandists can do is paint a rosy picture and all of a sudden say things are collapsing.
Ukraine needs a decentralised power supply network with many smaller block-type distributed heating and power plants. It would be much more resilient against attack. This is the ideal moment to make that switch since so much infrastructure needs to be rebuilt anyway and the West is footing the bill.
Something like the "bloom box" comes to mind.
