Its high time for a real change, some "Utd Fans" are very impatient ... It will take time for Utd to get better , some are calling for ETH to be sacked , if where are no changes at UTD from top level management to the players it will be the same thing. What if we back ETH for once properly , get rid of the underperforming players and bring in new blood and promoting the academy players ?? When we look at Arsenal, they backed Arteta with that right players and he was given time now Arsenal is fighting for the title now . Some people just want Utd to start fighting for the top with a magic wand , that not gonna happen. The current mess we are at right now with the Glazers who were at the realm for more than a decade now. Its very easy for just saying sack ETH and everything will be fixed. Just hope that Ineos will change things at UTd properly ... and PLEASE SACK THIS MEDICAL TEAM THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS !!!

We had a crammed in world cup, which caused all the games to be played closer together last season and its come back to bite us now. We used a smaller amount of players because the squad isnt good enough and now those players are all paying for it. Not enough rest and recovery. They wont get time off this summer either because of the Euros and Copa America going on. We have employed Arsenals' old medical guy and they were notorious for injuries in the squad. Our squad is being asked to run more, sprint more and many of them are/were already injury prone, eg, Shaw Varane. There bodies are broken and likely wont ever be capable of playing how we want.

I'd like us to do something similar to Manchester City. They've got a whole area of Manchester with their stadium and training ground, as well as other stuff, such as the new Co-Op Live arena. The Etihad Campus is a hive of activity on match and non-match days.

Is that actually a good thing though for a train facility though? Do you want the distractions that being a hive of activity brings, the extra fans they might have to battle through to get in or out, the harder it is to secure from prying eyes etc etc. You don't generally other sports people going to training camps that are in the middle of cities, they go somewhere where they can relax while they are there and remove themselves from distractions and scrutiny

Man utd need an improvement in one aspect of the facilities for the football club to improve in my opinion.
They need a customizable, 3D virtual reality software so that players of the quality of Southampton fc in Man utd squad can improved by constantly do extra training by themselves.
This program can help the players train by themselves even without their co-workers(team mate) are not around.
The exercise need to be light and only for 30 minutes after formal training with the coaches.
It cannot involved running, only passing, crossing, shooting, free kicks are allowed in the program. So that their core footballing skills can be improved.
