Hello, Atty., over 30 yrs ago po, may namana ako sa Lola ko na house and lot at more or less 7 hectares of agricultural land sa Pilipinas bago ako pumunta ng America at naging US Citizen. Kailangan po bang maging dual citizen ako para mai transfer sa pangalan ko ang ownership nung mga lupa and to retain ownership of said properties?
