4:20 is like that in real life. If you get stuck in front of a low dam the cycling currents of water can push you down and make it almost impossible to escape. It's called 'the drowning machine' and it's why you really need to be aware of where low-head dams are when you're out kayaking or swimming.

It's funny because that exhaust thing is backwards. Intake needs air, exhaust can be submergef as long as you don't fully let off the throttle.

the tank glass one seems intentional, ain't no way they just let that funny feature-ish in the game without testing it lol
A similar thing happens with RPGs but instead of fully bouncing off the glass the RPG gets diverted off course so it's probably not intentional

I’m surprised you didn’t mention that if you steal one of the banks armored vehicles and put it in your garage, it will repair itself after you blow open the doors on the back. This means that you can technically use it to I get an infinite amount of money, because the truck will always drop cash when the doors are opened.

A fact and glitch in gta 5 that I want you to use is that if you destroy the car you put Devin in (on option c) it regenerates so you can put Devin in it.

MATTO, I’m not sure if you already have, but, PLEASE DO A DESTRUCTIBLE BUILDINGS/ENVIRONMENT Vid!!! I’ve seen things break that I never knew could, just as with the large trucks in Micheal’s garage, I saw an artifact break off of his house, with the under half being untextured, I’m curious as to just how many things are destroyable in game. Always love seeing your notifications btw❤
16:52 This is also because it places an entirely separate texture file in front of the light. And if too far back could cause clipping. While modding my game I have been trying to reposition these in the game files for a QOL update and it is annoying lol. Some of the emergency cars use a transparent background on an LED dot texture for the lights. which can make it harder to notice unless you break the lightbar glass. This applies to mods too, but I have noticed the lore car player mods are more polished. The active light positioning on them is better than some of rockstars own vanilla cars.

I remember a while back in GTA online, me and a couple of my friends would go to a place that had these currents and just plop as many cars as we could into it and see our characters ragdoll
16:58 You can also activate a second siren on the Police, Paramedics and Firemen vehicles. If you double tap the keybind for the horn and hold it, it'll activate the second siren instead of the normal one where you just hold the horn. I found this out quite a while ago. Could be useful for cop roleplaying and stuff.

Regarding the angles that the Vans/truck's wheels spawn at, I believe you can do this by glitch turning the wheels.
It's a bit awkward to explain, but while turning the steering wheel, you flick the C-Stick in that direction at full tilt (one way has a more prominent effect) and as you take your hand off of the C-stick, for a split second, the wheel will tilt further than possible by the conventional way. you can also keep it that way to by doing so and jumping out of the vehicle at the same time as you perform this.

Here is another one, when getting in your buzzard helicopter in first person your character switches different buttons above his head. But when in you look at the helicopter from 3rd person or outside of it you see its only glass there 😅😅
So I recently found out (I think from one of these Facts And Glitches videos) that in GTA V, taxis have little "taxi" lights on top that turn off when a passenger gets in, and back on when they leave. I just so happen to be playing GTA San Andreas and noticed the same feature in that game. Wild how even back then they included that little detail.

There's a spot where the train crosses a major road junction, where if you block the trains path with a vehicle, and the train makes that vehicle explode, then all the traffic stopped at the traffic lights will panic and drive forwards into the moving train.
I love going there sometimes to chill out and see how much chaos I can cause :)

I want to post this here as I'm not sure the best way to relay these obscure facts about the game to you, but I want you to know them because as far as I know I'm the only one that knows or practices these since I troll heists constantly. These are super obscure and only one is helpful.
1. Fleeca job: In Fleeca Job (scope out) if Lester's car is far enough away from Lester with someone else driving it, Lester will get into any vehicle the other player is driving once you get close enough to him. It also spawns a strange little reticle above his head that disappears when you get close almost indicating that his target vehicle has been changed? Don't know.
2. Prison break: In the Prison Break Finale if the person who has the role of pilot goes and gets the helicopter that demolition is supposed to use instead of going directly to the Velum, it actually negates the timer for the pilot. In other words the timer just goes to 0 and the mission doesn't fail. So you and the demolition person can just wait by the Velum and never worry about the jets spawning. This is the only helpful one I found by trolling people.
3. Pacific Standard Job: This one is kind of hard to pull off and is a major dick move if you do pull it off genuinely. During the Pacific Standard finale when you're supposed to enter the bank, if you're able to unalive another player in front of the bank (I use the Vigilante for this) right as the cutscene is supposed to play it will actually soft lock the game. So basically 3 players must be standing in front of pac standard (not in vehicles) and you (in Vigilante) have to ram into them unaliving at least 1 then immediately jump out to try and trigger the cutscene. However it can't because they're not there so the game soft locks and all the wording disappears from your screen and you can actually free roam until someone leaves at which point you're soft locked and have to disconnect your internet or close your game.
There is more facts I have found trolling heists and if you'd like me to record some of the things I'm talking about and send them to you I can, or this may just sit here. Also, I found all these on PS4 and they still happen on PS5 so I assume they're the same on every platform.

They are already broken as hell when the characters can control how they land in the air and flip them back over with telekinetic powers!
