Janus770 thanks for publishing this interesting game. However I do not understand why Fegerl services are not sanctioned: his arm during the service is always between the ball and the opponent.

Ovtcharov is complaining to the umpire about that after set 2 - specifically during Fegerl's long serves.

The commentator is clearly not a table tennis player himself, which will always be a great limitation when commenting.
Also, he has the usual tendency of too much justification of the outcome as a consequence of great play/thinking by the winner of the ball. But at times this is just not the case, the loser simply misses a shot.
Still - he is quite likeable :-)
