Love your guys’ heart for Jesus and much appreciate the stimulating conversation.
This is so helpful for my soul!! Just to hear and see the heart of two men who deeply love the church. I'm there with you!!!
This is GREAT stuff you guys, thanks for teaching and sharing on important worship topics
Glory to God!
Inspiring, informative and helpful. Thank You
Thank you truly. Praise the Lord .... truly good.
Oh my goodness I thought I was the only one that planned what I was going to say between songs lol
And as a fellow planner, bless you.
You are not alone friend. I believe the pre-planning phase is good stewardship.
Wow ending was the best...back to the basics. No you dont need flashy lights and your face everywhere. It's about Jesus, not us.
Phil wi
If you are against hype in worship then you’ll probably disagree with a lot of what is said here. But if you think hype can be used in a positive way in worship then I’ll probably eat up this video.
Phil, I think you are WAY overthinking the entire worship process and experience. You should quit trying to manage worship so much and just lead worship.
Leadership and management are synonymous. It's his job to think about these things, and the flow of music and sound is incredibly helpful to the congregation's mood and heart posture.
Well there does have to be arrangement. and one thing they're trying to do is get people saved and hav a relationship with jesus. And they're talking about how they can make a good setlist ( which will help because new people probably wont like worship when the songs arent good, obviously). And what they can do to help people feel more comfortable worshiping and singing by having little talks in between songs and other helpful things. Also i dont know how they are really doing anything wrong and what really matters is if the worship leaders are led by the spirit and know the word so that they would know how to get people ready for worship.
If you ever feel goofy, just remember that this guy tried telling Phil Wickham how to lead worship 💀
