Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin - WHQD celebration 2023

In celebration of World Health Qigong® Day 2023, the British Health Qigong Association has organised a nationwide celebration in the UK. BHQA instructors with their students celebrated in their own areas with Health Qigong in the Park etc.
This demonstration of Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin was led by Master Tary, world leading Health Qigong expert based in the UK. Vice Chairman of the BHQA, performed with local enthusiasts and BHQA instructors.
