here's a few things worth trying
consure higher quantities of fruit and vegatables.
      Drink more water
      cut down smoking.
      cut down your stress level.
(I discovered these and the reasons they work from Takiras Magic Method site )

It worked!!!! Omg!! Thank you so much! I tried this three times in the last 5 weeks and I can go 4 days without washing my hair and that’s a new record! Before, my scalp started to itch the very next day of washing my hair. After exfoliating my scalp with sea salt, I put aloe Vera gel on my scalp and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. It’s kind of conditioner for my scalp. For the first time in many years I finally have flake free hair and I can go 4 days without scratching the heck out of my scalp!! Thank you ❤️

bea I wash it off after 15 minutes. I use lily of the desert aloe Vera gel. I think you can leave it on but I never tired it. However, I do apply aloe Vera on my scalp when my hair is dry just to give it some moisture. Hope this helps.

About a month. But I was in grade 5 or 6 at the time. What I do now when I have a problem is I rinse my scalp with a mixture of salt and water before the shampoo when I have itching and dandruff. Watch Green Beauty's video on ACV and baking soda. She said when the 2 combine, the create salt water but the pH is about 9. Salt and water however have a safer pH of about 5. I think the recipe is 2 tablespoons of salt to one cup of water but check her channel out for the recipe and how to do it. hope this helps

But it clears up my scalp psoriasis for a few days. I’m also noticing a ton of tiny hairs sticking out all over my head lol so it’s definitely helping with the regrowing of hair I’ve lost from having psoriasis. Wish I could use it more but it definitely works.

First and foremost, love love LOVE your hair! I have itchy scalp but no flakes. It's really weird. My hair itself is moisturized (I use coconut oil and leave in conditioner at night) but my scalp is constantly itching. Because of all the scratching my hair is thinning, I even have bald patches. I tried a homemade mask with egg olive oil and mayo (scalp still itched). Avc rinse diluted with water only dried my hair and my scalp still itched. I have regular salt, will this method still work? My shampoo has jojoba beads and it works well on my hair so I dont want to switch that up. Still working on a conditioner.

Omg I thought I was the only one whose hair hated eco styler gel.. tbh my hair hates all gels they dry my hair up and leave it flaky and leave me stressed and itchy.

Autumn Asters honestly all the gels do it for me I just make my own flaxseed gel now it’s a lot of chemicals in the products

What’s in the spray bottle? Since it looks like you’re rubbing on the scrub, are you wetting it first? I believe this works since I’ve healed mine going to the pink salt caves and bathing in the ocean afterward. I’m using curl blueberry mint tea oil treatment now and what a relief. Will try incorporating salt scrub when my skin isn’t so inflamed.
