I’ve used the ACV rinse in my hair, works like a charm! Believe it or not, I’ve started using the old school Sulfur 8 in my hair and it’s been helping in between washes as well. Thanks for the video!
About microwaving the oil...I've seen a lot of natural hair gurus saying that that takes the nutrients out of the oil...you might want to check that out. (Many recommend putting the oil bottle in hot water instead, and waiting for it to heat up.)
I have the scalp massagers but I have really lacked scalp care until I got extreme build up and had horrific flaking and it’s been horrible but I’m using some good products not and witch hazel or coconut oil massages and rinsing very very very well but ACV I’m going to add.. I’m using tea tree oil and lavender leave in conditioner as well.. Paul Mitchell brand and it got horrible.. this winter and my glands were totally covered over.. I can’t wait to see my hair dresser next week I’ve done some serious work this past week on my hair however 😍

You can pour it all over your hair, it does a nice job of deep cleansing. But if you're focusing on dandruff, you could get a little spray or squeeze bottle, that way you can section and spray it directly on the scalp. Leave it on for a few and rinse it out.

One thing I like to do with the Apple cider vinegar rents is to put it in a spray bottle so it’s easier to spread all over your scalp

When u do a hot oil treatreatment dont put the oils in the microwave instead to the double oil method because the microwave defeats the oils
