Can we just take a moment to appreciate the Australian Open YT channel this year. The 8 minute highlights have been great. They even listened to the comments and didn't put the winner in the thumbnail. Whoever is running this channel is doing great work.

    1. He's winning NOTHING big, unless, he introduces slice & pause into his game. Firepower is evident, but it's not letting him breathe on court.

I still think Sinner will have big results here. He's so solid. Clearly Tsitsipas was in the zone and made him look trash but really he was getting outshone. I definitely see a slam semifinal or final coming soon, maybe even more.

Sinner will be a solid player for years to come. But he’s missing a little bit of electricity in his game. His movement isn’t spectacular either. Solid player though.

ESPN did such a poor job doing the AO coverage. They are showing the same match during day they showed the night before. We wanted to see matches which are played 3:30-4 am during the day. 👎👎👎
It’s frustrating to see the same match and not the most interesting one.(night sessions)

Rarely is it more clear: Sinner needs to get bigger and stronger to stop guys like TsiTsi from bullying him around the court. Just a small lack of power in the serve and return was most of the difference. Both those things will come within a few years. Hit the weights, kid!
