Making a silicone mold for casting Slingshots

I want to cast Slingshots from resin and at some time even from aluminium and brass. For castings in resin I tried making a mold out of silicone from one of my favourite multiplex-wood Slingshots (actually my second Slingshot I made). I already made two castings from epoxy and at some time I will upload a video where this is shown.

Nice mold work, but where's the fill spout? What about bleed spurs? Do you need a vacuum chamber to remove bubbles?

how did you stop the slingshot from sticking to the bottom for the first half of the mould? if weighted, i would assume it does not float in the silicone?
