    I owned the 2 stones and the day Tripper. Both are great, the DT was my vintage drive tone in my live rig for a couple of years.

    I have the 002 and 007 , they are excellent pedals and I do use them playing live as the backline amps mostly suck . Go direct to the PA and sounds bang on !

    My rehearsal and live rig is a pedalboard with the Mooer Cali-Mk III, followed by modulations, delay and reverb pedals and a Mooer Baby Bomb (30w) power amp pedal all on the board going straight to a 2x12 cab (cab sim off). Damn loud. No amp or head required. Also have the Mooer US Classic Deluxe if I want a different flavour.

    • @thepedalpicassos
      @thepedalpicassos  Před rokem

      That sounds amazing!! Are you happy with the baby bomb? Can you run it from your pedalboard?

    • @scott.h
      @scott.h Před rokem

      @@thepedalpicassos The Baby Bomb is awesome. There are probably better ones that have tone shaping options like Quilter and the Seymour Duncan Powerstage. But for the price and ridiculously small size, it's brilliant. Volume never goes higher than 9 o'clock, even when live and unmic'd. Yes, it sits on the pedalboard. It does have its own small laptop size power supply mounted under the board. I love my 100w valve head but I prefer to travel as light as possible.
      Funny story; I forgot to pack the power cable for the baby bomb at a recent gig so couldn't use my cab. I ran the board straight into the FOH (using the cab sim on the Mooer 008) and got the job done.

    Woah! Correct me if I'm wrong, but it also looks slightly lighter than a JCM900 and quaddie? Maybe even close to my AC15?
    I NEED this for electric guitar solo gigs.

    • @thepedalpicassos
      @thepedalpicassos  Před 2 lety +1

      For sure! you can have the cab sim on or off. You can use the clean channel driven hard and the dirty channel harder still (or any combination) and you have a dual mode distortion pedal!!

    • @ian.hartono.official

      I think it's all about subjective matter, i do really love delay after the distortion, for me that sounds more clear and articulated, but in the other hand The Edge of U2 place the drive preamp after delay in the song "In The Name of Love", it even use double delay (Delay - Drive Preamp - Delay). For some people it kinda really weird but many people love this too. There are so many possibilities in the audio processing, as long as you like it then go for it.
