I started getting some sound oscillation while listening to music on my left APP2 when the ANC is on. This does not happen with Adaptative mode or with effects turned off. But when active noise cancellation is on, there are clear treble oscillation on the left pod - which is easy to compare listening to the same music on the right pod. Did anyone else notice this? I'm thinking this is due to the latest firmware update. Altough I always get a "yellow" grade on my right APP2 when performing the tip test for isolation (and I can't improve it no matter what)

Bought them yesterday and they sound like a “scratched record” type of sound when I have both on and only if I move or squeeze my iPhone. Could it be a malfunction?

I would like to mention that sometimes when you open the case doesn’t appear so fast-as before- the battery window in my iPhone 14 Pro Max..I don’t know if it is affected by the case spigen rugged armor that I have put..
Personally I find this feature to work sometimes. Sometimes it will appear instant and then sometimes it will take longer

The noise cancellation is not better or what it once was. It’s still worse. This is unreal

Static sound that sounds like a serious problem. Try to reset them and see if that works
@@DR1DL3Y I tried to reset them twice. Still have static noise. I will go and ask for replacement.

Unfortunately you just have to wait for it to automatically update. But you can try to plug it in and connect it to your phone and give around 15 mins for it to update.

I am in a similar situation. Well, the firmware version in mine is older. My doubt is whether the Airpods should be in the charger case open or closed. I'll explain... If I close the case (with the Airpods inside, of course) the Bluetooth connection is lost, but it seems it is the only way to have them charging. And I leave the case open, with the Airpods inside, the Airpods are connected via bluetooth but they do not seem to be charging. In neither case the update is made. BTW, all of this is with a Mac computer.
