Creeker is a term for the poor folks who live down the hills near the creeks. When I worked in sewer line construction we had a saying, “Sh!t flows downhill.” I think that’s the song’s meaning. Tyler tells it like nobody else.
Legend holds that if the moon shines just right up on a ridge in Lawrence Co Kentucky, Tyler’s voice will cut hickory ⚡️
Not sure who hurt him, but the passion both physically and vocally scares me just a little.

Blake Grice I had tickets to see him in Dallas, but the Rona ruined that for me. Seeing turnpike at the tumbleweed in Stillwater, OK was the best one I’ve been to.

Tyler Childers is one of the only artists out there that can make you feel that emotion... he reminds me of Keith Whitley in that way... Ive been clean for 3 yrs now and my antenna says he's struggling with something I hope he learns to surrender to the facts.... it's empowering and I can't wait for the music that follows that... I'm from Clark Co., Ky 40391 grew up there and feel a connection to this man... I'm thankful I discovered his artistry takes me somewhere I rarely frequent, it's wonderful.

I am from Sandy Hook Ky. My mom is from Belfry, Ky. I played this song and many others of Tyler’s . She said that she had never heard music that told a (her and our) eastern Kentucky story better. That’s saying a lot.

So glad I listen to Sirius XM Spectrum otherwise I would not have heard of Tyler Childers. I was listening at work and when I first heard him I just had to stop and see who the heck he was. I don't know if he writes his own lyrics or not but they are amazing and he has a special voice.
