- Lucy was rescued from Bali. She was a victim of dog meat and her mouth was tied shut. Mission Pawsible was able to rescue her and get her the treatment she needed. When she arrived in her forever home, it took months for her to gain trust. But after seeing her new pack and how safe they were, she started to shine again.

This whole "meat trade thing" is horrific. Lucy was saved (my thanks and deepest appreciation for your goodness), but how many thousands and thousands are not?! I'm thinking also of the so -called *Yulin "festival" every year in cursed China, and it can really rip your guts out. These cultural imprintings - as well spiritual vacancy - are what must be battled. If you're (I am) in tremendous challenge in your personal life, then any stories having to do with the "dog and cat meat trade" make me want to stay in my bed, just vacate. I can barely take it. Appreciative, of course, that you shared Lucy's victory, but very tuff to have to acknowledge. Forgive my weakness.

In Asia they eats cats and dogs. To them they are just animals like cows, pigs or chickens. I don't agree with eating any animals but cats and dogs are no more important than cows, pigs or chickens.
