Thanks mate, this helped. Just put a new battery in mine, been lying for years. I reset the date to 2013 as tides are close enough and 1 March was a Friday in 2013, as will be on 1 March 2024 as well. This is a leap year, so February the days of the week will be out, but from 1 March should be perfect for rest of the year. I have A 1063 Cortez.
