    I mean it does not really hurt to ask, but you dont have to ask permission when you throw water, the only rule is that you sit with your back straight after throwing, you never throw and then escape, if other people think its to hot, they can take a step down or take a rest outside, that is how i am raised and how it has been in any sauna i have been in.

      @@venkataaravindmarni7453 Because hot air rises up and the top bench can get extremely hot. The video is for foreigners and it's best that beginners avoid the top benches.

    "Go easy with the löyly"??? No pain no fucking gain. You need to get a little self destructive to get the peak sauna experience.
