- Contra Evolution (Arcade) All Bosses (No Damage). It's a remake of the original Contra. It was first released on Chinese cell phones in 2010 and arcades in 2011, and later ported to Android, iPhone, and iPad in 2013.

Instead having konami work on their own unique classics collection close to capcom classics,they releasing stuff like those for freaking mobile phones! But yeah i forgot konami abandoned all their stuff and started working only for PES and pachinko machines.Well played as always shadow!

Hmm I remember the Nes being harder because it was faster and the bosses and some enemies shooting boomerang/homing effect projectiles.
I was spoiled by Contra: Hard Corps. Almost none of the bosses were stationary powerup pinatas. Most other contra looks cheap and easy after that

SPAWN1/2 de eso se trata este juego es solo un ramake del original conservando sus aspectos originales para no ser tan dificil al terminarlo

You must be thinking of Kimkoh (the giant crab-like alien with a human's face). And yes it first appeared in the NES version of Super Contra.

It is because this Contra is only for the Chinese gamer, and also developed by the notorious company in China called Tencent. Just like the name of this company, their games and apps are only worth for ten cents lol.
I think its good. Because it is Contra. I don't have problems when playing in Android.

Honestly, there's three things wrong with this that if fixed, would make this good/great
1) projectiles/ bullets need to move faster, both yours and enemies...
2) match player and enemy speed with animation speed, looks very off....
3) give stage 6 a different boss!!!

So this is what they intended the original Contra Arcade to look like and failed miserably.
This follows along the lines of the NES version of the first Contra rather than the original arcade version which was too short and a bit difficult at times.
Thanks for showing us this absolutely disgusting and awful interpretation of a Contra game.
A slower version than the nes version
It looks like when fans trying to put hd and hight quality graphics to an super old game... Srsly they made Contra Hard Corps, they made Contra Shattered Solder, they have Contra 4 DS, what happened, why they doing this weird kind of games now? Konami whats wrong with you!?

A good game with an evil story... For the guys dont know about contra story.. U ARE THE BAD GUYS... the goberment lie about the enemys.. They only want to recover an artifact and return to their home.. But because of the lies.. U kill them in many games.. Lance bean the guy with the blue hair or the second original hero... Gets killed when he learns the truth. Really, u need to read the story. :(

I'm not a stickler for graphics, but game has really bad graphics for a 2011 game. Other than that, it looks like a decent remake, if not slower-passed that the original.
