    The jewellery industry (like any other industry) is always evolving, so what worked a long time ago won't necessarily work now. So it's very likely you will find some area's of your business that might need some attention.

    Empathy is a new trend? Yay, it's about damn time! 👏👏👏👏 Sad that it is being used as a "tip" to make more money - Oh dear, that just sounds so genuine!

    • @JewellersAcademy

      It's not that empathy is a new trend, but that customer awareness is an important factor when running a business. Hopefully you found the tips helpful!

    The thing I find is that the people who follow and engage on social media are always other businesses, not customers...

    u lost me when u said giveaways.. this hurts the brand so much !!
    unless your brand is directed toward middle to low income class who are price sensitive.
    giving away 1000 $ fine jewelry is a terrible idea which brings you nothing in return

    jessica, how do we most effectively gather and add /show testimonials to Instagram? for example if i have a customer who isn't keen on sending a picture of herself wearing the piece but she snds me a wonderful text testimonial, what do i do with that?

    • @JewellersAcademy
      @JewellersAcademy  Před rokem

      If you're keen to share your testimonials on Instagram you could use the testimonial copy on a post with a visual of the item your customer bought. I would also recommend encouraging customers to add their reviews to Google Reviews, or something like Trust Pilot. Hope that helps! x
