We got one of them installed and check out how it compares to OEM

So far it’s held up EXCEPT the tow hook on the drivers side has some rust.

China makes nice "looking" bumpers but that's typically where it begins and ends. Coming from having seen multiple low-cost China steel Wrangler bumpers, you can always tell the China bumpers after install. They'll be the ones covered in rust after 6 months to 1 year of install while the OEMs have zero rust after 5+ years. So be sure to show us a follow up vid of what it looks like after 1 year of use, especially if you live in a mid-west rust belt state.
That's where good old bumper spray comes into play mane 😑, quit hating mane...

Hey Bill. Great content. Have you noticed an oil temp increase with any of the bumper replacements you’ve done? I did a capable to modular swap and my oil/trans temps are about 5-10 degrees higher now. Any thoughts?
Thanks, I have not noticed any changes like that no, but to be honest I'm not sure I have paid super close attention to notice it, I would most likely just have noticed if it was a significant increase or started getting to scary temps.
Interesting option. Now wonder if the hidden winch kits fit them. I have the capable bumper and want the hidden winch kit.
If you’re referring to the rough country hidden winch, they make two different mounts, one for capable and one for modular.
@davenealy7254 oh really been looking and guess my Google skills are slacking. Seen a guy "make it fit" a capable bumper.
So I just mounted this bumper from eBay in place of a my Capable bumper. I had issues with the outer sensors not fitting into the holes properly and my driver side sensor was going nuts. I ended up disconnecting my front sensors but I am likely going to have to remove it and try to sort it out. Additionally I tried to mount a Mabbett Raptor style fog light kit and the wings/end caps don’t line up properly. So I have to remove them to mount it. I ordered some RTR tube wings in hopes that they will be compatible. It’s a good bumper minus the wings not working with my fog light kit.
I’ve been wondering why Ford doesn’t offer the modular bumper on their performance parts site.
I’m sure they will eventually, they aren’t able to make them fast enough to put them on broncos though much less sell them separately
I currently have the standard bumper with factory fog lights on my Big Bend. I am upgrading to modular HD bumper and Rapter style fog lights. I know will need to cut the loops off the tow hooks, but can I use the factory wiring for the fog lights? I don't want to use an AUX switch if I don't have to. Thanks!
I'm doing this same install now! Got mine via Amazon. Going with Ford red d-ring mounts. Not really sure what size that screw is that holds on the mounts. I've ordered 20 bronco bolts for the bumper. I think I need more but it's a start 😊

All the measurements are same as OEM bumper so if it fits on that it will.
You said you ordered it from China? Or you ordered it from the US but its made in china? I will say it does look great ,now u need thr brush guards. Are those factory rims? Great video.
Another thing is the pricepoint is good but incant see putting cheap Chinese metal on a 60K truck my concern would be saftey forst , cosmetics second.
This video completely sucks for one main reason you offered zero assistance in the bumper assembly for that reason I'm giving you'll a thumbs down
