Hi ! Have you replaced the plastic inserts of the front pulley since you own your snowdog ? I realized recently that mine are totally gone. Would like a video of the replacement operation but nothing on youtube about that.
Which Dayco belt are you using? Looks like the 3028 model, from what I have researched the 3004 model is closest in size to the original belt (standard 13HP model). How has this belt worked for you?

Twist the movable sieve back to give clearance, you can then easily replace the buttons. I may make a video to help.
