Do your bags squeak when turning corners or going over bumps? Had mine installed today and the bags seem to rub the springs while making a very loud rubbing noise/squeaking noise.
@OdysseyOffroad I have felt below 5psi it gets back to normal, but below Airlift SPEC. Will have to inspect to see if something weird going on. Do you find loaded, with proper bag pressure Mojave Shocks perform well? Rebound dampening is a little lacking at firmer pressures unladen (as you'd expect).
@@OdysseyOffroad sweet ..mine just came in today and I’m using because I have a little sag from all the overlanding gear I have. So I’m hoping this works well for me..
@@OdysseyOffroad The downside to doing it this way is you are banking on the fact that both airbags have the same amount of air...You can do it this way but I would suggest doing 2 separate lines.
@OdysseyOffroad and air will also shift between bags and allow load/air shifting and body roll. That's why these kits should be installed using 2 fills. You can still run both fills to same area side by side.
I just installed mine. Did the air stems in the bottom holes of the license plate. Works awesome and its quick and easy to access there. Running the hoses to it was real simple.
Nice clean job Joe. As you know I have the same bags in my Jeep Rubicon and they worked great towing the Raptors to the DUNES!!!

@@DUNEATV can you feel!!!!! The love tonight!!!!! 😂

@@DerangedOffRoad I can now big boy…😘
My Schrader valves are the license plate bolts. Super convenient!
I have seen other people do it like that too!
Great vid! Thanks!

Initially yes a but it seemed to go away after a while.
I installed my kit last weekend in my mojave. Seems a little stiff at 5 psi still (unladen). Do they break in a bit?
With 5 psi I didn't notice any ride quality difference at all tbh. Try taking em down a lb or 2

@@updowning4590 using the bags with trailer or a load in the bed the truck handles great
Probably won’t work with the AEV spacer lift I’m guessing?
Yes it works. It only wont work if you have longer springs. The aev uses spacers
What kind of payload do they have? -Garrett
For the Mojave with an automatic transmission the payload is 1200 and tow rating is 6000.
@@OdysseyOffroad not to bad
@@DerangedOffRoad No it's really not it's more than adequate for my needs at the moment. Plus opens some other offroad opportunities up for me.. 😉
@@OdysseyOffroad here we go more toys!
@@DerangedOffRoad lol i meant using the Jeep Offroad buuuut now that you mention it.. 🤔🤔
Do you have the part number for the kit you used? I have a Mojave, and Amazon says the Airlift 1000 doesn’t fit.
I got mine right from Amazon airlift 1000 Suspension Kit 60830
@@OdysseyOffroad thank you, I’m ordering a set
So how do you like the air bags since its been some time since you had them, any pros and cons?
Not any cons i can think of tbh. They work as intended. Very cheap mod that is worth the 100$ they cost. 2 👍🏻👍🏻 up

Could you run short pieces of airline from each bag to the T fitting, then run just one line back to fill point?
Yes if you watch the video that's exactly what I did.
